Adv.K.B.Varma (Founder President)
Adv.K.B.Varma is the founder president of the Guardians the foundation- registered trust .He has been practicing as an advocate since 1996 at Jalgaon(Maharashtra).In the year 2008 he has written two books on the subject of Law ,namely Police Investigation & Court Inquiry and Formats of Complaints & Application. Books are published in presence of Justice Abhay Thipse , Guru Adv.A.W.Atre Sir and Adv.Ujwal Nikam Sir. He had passed the examination of District Judge in the year 2010.He prepared many chart on various Laws including Cr. P.C. ,C.P.C., Evidence Act, Rera Act, N.I. Act S.138 etc. in one page and shown how the Court procedure same in both civil & criminal matters, stages of Criminal and Civil Court, how to prove the fact/documents etc.He has written 3rd book laws on dispute between husband and wife , includes 9 laws .
Recently he published his book Realized in life's journey in Marathi language at the hands of Vijay Barse Sir.
He realized the real condition of orphan students, who are matured but unable to study in higher education. Therefore he formed the trust with the help of trustees in 2014.At present 19 are Engineers,1CA,1 advocate and 350 students,connected with 150 tuition classes.
Late Narendra Ziprumal Kabra (Founder Vice President)
Narendra Ziprumal Kabra is the founder Vice President
of the Guardians the foundation-a registered trust .He
is studied up to graduation & he runs the business
under the name & style Vasu Kamal at Jalgaon, Pune and
Mumbai. He has been very actively working in the
trust, after selection of orphan students he had been
contact with tuition classes and getting discount or
concession in fees .
He has so many contact with the President of colleges
and tuition classes. So Mr.Kabraji is very actively
working in the trust .
Satyanarayan Gopaldas Khatod (Founder Secretary)
Satyanarayan Gopaldas Khatod is the founder Secretary
of the Guardians the foundation.He is studied up to
graduation and carrying a business in land development
since 32 years.He runs the business under the name &
style Shri Siddhivinayak Developers at Jalgaon.
He has been very actively working in the many trust
,he is the founder Chairman of the Shri Siddhivinayak
Foundation, Shri Siddhivinayak Mandir sansthan at
Jalgaon and Kamalbai Gopaldas Khatod Charitable
Santhan, therefore he has a very well knowledge of
social works, which are very useful to the trust.
Late Mukesh Shantilal Lalwani (Founder Treasurer)
Mukesh Shantilal Lalwani is the founder treasurer of
the Guardians the foundation.He is carrying a business
in land development since 35 years. He runs the
business under the name & style Shri. Mahaveer
Builders at Jalgaon. He has been very actively working
in the trust ,the first project of the guardians the
foundation was arranged by him in his land
“Shanti-Van” in the Presence of Hon’able Collector
Smt.Rubal Agrawal and Shri.Shantilalji Lalwani-father
of Mukeshji Lalwani , where a programme of tree
plantation were completed in the hands of orphan
students ; who are first adopted students of Guardians
the foundation.
This is the unique programme arranged by Mukeshji
Lalwani one hand we plantated the trees and second
hand we sows the seed of Guardians the Foundation.
Sapan Sushikumar Jhunjhunwala (Founder Joinet Secretary)
Sapan Sushikumar Jhunjhunwala is the founder Joint
Secretary of the Guardians the foundation. First he is
the Civil Engineer and very active in social works
along with his wife sau. Rajashri. He i.s engaged in
many trust, having very well knowledge and experience
of the social works and responsibility.
The name of the foundation was suggested by him as a
Guardians the foundation and also gives the wonderful
slogan as learning today -leading tomorrow. It means
we all the guardians of all the students , whom
foundation will adopt for education purposes and the
students will have to learn then students will be
leader in tomorrow.
Rameshkumar Birdichand Munot (Founder Member)
Rameshkumar Birdichand Munot is the founder Member of the “Guardians the Foundation”. He is successfully running his Land Development Business from last 50 years in Jalgaon, Shirpur, Mahabaleshwar, Chikhaldhara & many parts of Maharashtra. He loves to help the needy & very enthusiastic.
He is born in Amravati & completed education in well known school of Amravati named – Manibai Gujrathi High school & his college Education from Raj Mahavidhyalaya now known as Kesharbai Lahoti Mahavidhyalaya where he is a Life Member. He has completed his Graduation from Nagpur University & is a Gold Medallist in 6 subjects including – English, Hindi, Marathi, Economics, Accounting & Secretarial Practise. He was a Merit student in his college.
He has been very actively working for society & many charitable trusts. He was also former member of Educational Trust and having knowledge & experience of education field in detail. His knowledge & ample experience are realty useful to the society & our foundation. He has also written some blogs expressing his journey towards success.
Adv.Bharti Dinesh Isai (Founder Member)
Adv.Bharti Dinesh Isai is the founder Member of the
Guardians the foundation. She is practicing as an
advocate at Jalgaon. She played many important role to
form the foundation. Since beginning she had been
actively worked and search all the information
regarding orphan students. She had visited the
government remand home, Lilaya Aashram and observed
how the orphan students would complete the higher
education .When she realized that government has been
only taking the responsibility of the orphan students
upto education of tenth class.
Therefore she joined with the other guardians and
formed the trust Guardians The Foundation established
for orphan students for higher education from 10th
class to graduation.
Swarup Bhagchand Lunkad (Founder Member)
Swarup Bhagchand Lunkad is the founder Member of the
Guardians the foundation.He is goldsmith by profession
and runs the business under the name & style
Dhanlaxmi.He has been actively working in many social
trust. He had been acted National Director of JCC.
At present he is treasurer of Sankhala Lunkad Oswal
Mangal Karyalay Jalgaon, Adviser of J.P.P. foundation
Jalgaon. Mr.Swarup Lunkad is very actively
participating in the Guardians the Foundation.
Yogesh Mangilal Khabiya (Founder Member)
Yogesh Mangilal Khabiya is the founder Member of the
Guardians the foundation. He completed his education
in Diploma Engineering Course.
He participated in many social activities.Yogesh
Khabiya & Aanand Kothari are ready to help the trust.
Aanand Vardhman Kothari (Founder Member)
Aanand Vardhman Kothari is the founder Member of the
Guardians the foundation. He is the businessman .

Harilal Karamji Patel (Founder Member)
Harilal Karamji Patel is the founder Member of the
Guardians the foundation. He is the businessman and
runs a saw mill at Jalgaon .
He is clean hearted person therefore realized the dark
side of the orphan students and joined with the trust.
